Pioneer lady officers and engineers of Bangladesh serving Govt. Owned vessel

Bangladesh is an old seafaring nation. They produced thousands of competent officer / engineer and seafarers who are serving onboard globally with good name. Country started a historical journey of preparing their lady for sea at 2012. After successful completion of their training at national Academy they achieved seamen book. Then they join onboard for their onboard training and completed successfully inspite of many ups and downs.They completed their graduation afterwards and successfully passed competency certificate exam. As their national shipping Company commissioning brand new ships they are joining as officer/engineer and working with passion! Country shipping official and other high officials appreciated this as a milestone for the country in the process of women Empowerment. Currently they are Working in 6 merchant ship of national shipping company. Recently their one lady cadet joined in foreign principle vessel. Commandant of marine academy termed it as a big milestone for Bangladeshi female seafarers.On behalf of ship lovers we are wishing them best of luck. Go ahead lady! Conquer the sea & Be queen of sea.
